Shipping policy

We only accept orders from the UK and standard shipping is free of charge for orders over £35, £3.99 for orders under £35. Express shipping available on all orders for £6.99.

Excludes highlands, islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands - please contact us for a shipping quote to these locations.

Shipping to some areas in Scotland will also incur additional shipping costs due to logistics.

All our items are couriered directly from the manufacturer and will be received within 5 working days from receipt of order. The manufacturers courier will be in contact directly to advise of delivery, and where available tracking details will be provided.

Please note that delivery is to the main access point to your building, at ground floor level.
