Refund policy

Damaged and Faulty Products:
In the unlikely case that a product is delivered damaged then it will be rectified at the suppliers discretion. This would typically involve sending out replacement garments. For any damages please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a description of the issue and detailed photos to support your claim.

Unwanted Products Without a Fault: 
As all our products are bespoke, we unfortunately cannot offer any returns, replacements, refunds or exchanges apart from items which are damaged on arrival. Please ensure that the items you order are correct before payment.
